David Easterbrook – Managing Director

Hi!  I am the owner and managing director of LecSafe New Zealand.  I started the company early in 2008 after seeing a niche for a company specialising in electrical testing and tagging services in New Zealand.  I saw that in some cases there was a lack of understanding of what was required to comply with the relevant standards and also a fairly poor approach to providing effective hassle free programs to businesses that require testing.  I have set up the company with one main focus in mind – taking the hassle out of compliance for businesses.  Health and Safety management and required activities do not need to be a burden nor should it be complicated.  I have a passion for workplace safety and believe in practical risk management activities that make the workplace safer. 
 
I have previously worked in the areas of safety and operations management for over 10 years and from this have developed my belief in basic customer service principals.  As such, if you become my customer, my business will strive to understand yours and provide hassle free solutions for you.  We will form a partnership with you and work into the future ensuring your needs are met and that we are doing precisely what you are paying us for.
 
I am a big sports fan and love getting outside and playing golf, fishing or just spending time with family and friends.  I also enjoy relaxing and spending time with my partner Jo on her days off – we are discovering lots of fantastic cafes in the Auckland area that we did not know existed before as well as excercising our dog George the spoodle!
